With a Wireless Smoke, Heat and Freeze Alarm users can further increase the capabilities of their 2GIG security system. Intended for use with the 2GIG Go!Control Panel, this sensor will emit an audible, 85dB, alarm and trigger a blinking red LED in the event of smoke, excessive heat or excessive cold detection. Upon emitting an alarm and triggering the LED this Wireless Smoke, Heat and Freeze Alarm's built-in transmitter will send an RF signal to the Go!Control Panel to alert it of the problem. This is beneficial as it allows users to see exactly where the alert is coming from in the event multiple sensors are setup throughout a home. With the remote monitoring and management plan* users will also receive notifications on their Smartphone in the event an alarm is triggered while they are away from home.

The communicating smoke, heat and freeze alarm monitors and protects a 35 feet radius area and includes mounting hardware for installation on a wall or ceiling. The wireless alarm is powered by three AAA batteries. In the event of a low battery detection from the device it will transmit a low battery message to the 2GIG control panel, emit an audible chirp every 48 seconds and flash a blinking yellow LED every 12 seconds.
